I wasn't sure what to expect ordering a frame online, but I have to say it was perfect. I was surprised at the quality and speed which it arrived. The custom size was perfect and my artwork fit exactly as it should. In addition it was packaged very well for safe shipping.

I purchased a frame that came damaged. It was promptly replaced and arrived quickly. Then I spilled liquid on the mat and damaged it. I reached out to order a replacement and was assisted in ordering new mats. I am waiting for the mats to arrive. Looking forward to hanging the picture after I get the mats.

As an artist, this is my go to frame when I need something quick but quality that can go in any exhibition. Ive ordered 10+ times and never disappoints.

I chose my frame and went through their check out process, I paid the total amount and received my order confirmation. The next day Art To Frames called me insisting that I owed an additional $11 for the frame I had purchased the day before! I didn't feel like I could trust them and I canceled my order immediately, buyer beware.

This was the perfect look and price point for a concert poster. It looks great and shipped fast. You do have to screw in hooks to the frame, but they went in easily and didn't require more than a screwdriver.
