The product arrived well wrapped, but the perimeter frame was chipped. I was disappointed in how the frame easily bowed and lacked rigidity.

Really the most convenient and cost effective place to get a custom matting for your artwork. The challenge is always the color on the screen vice the color when it arrives. But all around, my go-to place for a custom frame or mat, hands down.

I needed a custom size for my Diamond painting project. The frame was easy to order, simple to put together and my project fit perfectly. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the picture hanging kit was rusty, was missing 2 screws and had a greasy sticky film on all the pieces. Fortunately, I had a kit and was able to clean the picture wire. I will be ordering again and will recommend to others. Thank you!
