I wasn't sure what to expect ordering a frame online, but I have to say it was perfect. I was surprised at the quality and speed which it arrived. The custom size was perfect and my artwork fit exactly as it should. In addition it was packaged very well for safe shipping.

I purchased a frame that came damaged. It was promptly replaced and arrived quickly. Then I spilled liquid on the mat and damaged it. I reached out to order a replacement and was assisted in ordering new mats. I am waiting for the mats to arrive. Looking forward to hanging the picture after I get the mats.

I love the black 16x20 frame that I ordered. It has an ornate design and is the perfect fit for my client who requested a black frame for her bouquet preservation.

Frame is great quality, no complaints there. Note that this frame is mdf, not straight up wood. Don't use this in a damp environment or one where it could take water damage.Also: customer service from seller is amazing. First frame arrived broken. Seller promptly replaced, but I had issues with Amazon on returns processing. The seller was able to resolve those issues and was prompt in communication.

I did have one measurement question which I sent before I ordered, and they replied promptly with just the information I needed. I am so happy with the results! It was packed amazingly well, arrived way ahead of the estimate, feels so sturdy and high quality, and I am confident that the archival materials will preserve the art for a long time to come. Well worth the cost and I will definitely be back for more of my specialized needs.

Needed a replacement frame for our picture that fell. We had a more vintage style and loved the look. After a lot of searching we finally found this frame. Love it! It has the vintage elegant look while still feeling more modern. Was definitely a great buy, and would buy again in the future for other pictures!
